Lesa Francis has discovered her niche in successfully submitting grant applications to municipal, provincial and federal government funders on behalf of non-profit organizations, artists and small business owners. With over six years of grant and proposal writing experience, Lesa has become a highly recognized, reliable and resourceful fund raising professional in the Greater Toronto Area.
